Today, while searching google's results for global warming, I found this useful site. They give many tips on how a few small changes in your home and yard can lead to big reductions of greenhouse gas emissions. Thing all of us can do is recycling everything what can be recycled, use water efficiently or heat and cool smartly.
If there is a recycling program in your community, recycle your newspapers, beverage containers, paper and other goods. In addition, you can support recycling markets by buying products made from recycled materials. Reducing, reusing and recycling in your home helps conserve energy and reduces pollution and greenhouse gases from recourse extraction, manufacturing and disposal.

I applaud your efforts in trying to build environmental change in Kuwait. It takes a lot of courage to convince a royal state that the effects of our main source of income, is an unhealthy global contaminant of which to rely upon for energy. The Middle East was and in some ways still is a source of incredibly intelligent engineers. With the future of oil on an absolute decline, it would be wise in such a rich state, to focus on the education of current and future engineers and mathematicians, and use the country's wealth to build more technologically efficient and environmentally friendly methods of energy production. And as you grow up do not forget to keep your heart focused, and remember the importance of what our global future can be. Be safe, and I wish you well.

I know I am a Kuwaiti (in the Middle East) and Kuwaits main export is oil but I also care about the planet and global warmining and I am not kidding kuwaits hottest tempture is about 65 degrees Celsis and its coldest temprture is 3 degrees Celsis anyway I am tring to convince my nations goverment on enriching use of solar technolgy ensted of oil technology.

Reminiscent of the civil rights, war, and environmental protests in the late 60s and early 70s, I like many others, believe that we should take a note from that era and create another paradigm shift. This time it will be a complete overhaul on our way of life. By this, I mean to clean up our act, not only in the realm of the environment, but our relationship and responsibility to each other. We have the technology and resources to change our planet for the better. as a start, I ask that we rally together and plan a million man environmentalist march on Washington and demand a plan of action from our government on how we are going to combat and enforce climate change. Not just empty words on a piece of paper. We should expect our media and newspapers to take measures to educate the confused American public, on the harsh realities of global warming, and the truth about the irrevocable consequences that are expected if we continue on this dead end road. We should demand the United States ratification and improvement upon the guidelines of the Kyoto protocol. The realistic expectations on what steps will be taken to ensure that the biggest polluters of United States will be held severely accountable for not following the current and to be implemented Environmental Laws, (no matter where they are on the planet or with whom they have contracted). Demand action from our diplomatic representatives, to convince the United Nations of their important role in healing our planet, and the world communities part, to help in the clean up, disposal, treatment, and eventual non-use of toxic pollutants and contaminants. Last but not least, the global community will share in the creation and distribution of green technology, including continued improvements in the cleanliness and efficiency of all technologies. The world’s best geoscientists, The IPCC and Co-Nobel prize Laureate Al Gore, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Green Peace, and others, Leonardo Dicaprio along with most Hollywood environmentalists, with by use of world standing and popularity, have brought the severity of global warming to even more of the developed world. The IPCC, Planet Earth's greatest scientists, And Al Gore continue to push for change by use of diplomacy and applied sense of urgency. Hopefully, in the light of education, understanding, and use of reason, we can all accept personal responsibility for our role in the climate crisis, and make the necessary changes to correct our mistakes. We must work for, and take personal interest, in what the future of Humanity can be. Right now, there is an air of change brewing, but as anything worth fighting for, healing this planet will take time and effort, determination and resilience, because, even if we were to stop using green house gasses today, it will take centuries for the earth to filter through all of the toxins, and even then the planet will always bear the mark we have imprinted on it. I know that we as a union have the power to evoke change and together we have the resolve and diligence to make a better tomorrow, NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT, before time runs out, because if we don’t, what a shame it would be, that all that we had to offer history, as an intelligent species, is the abuse, and destruction of anything we touch.

ok like i know im not that old and everything but from my age i know that we all have a problem.Are problem is that even though we all say we care about global warming and all but we dont really do anything!I know because to my self it feels like im not doing anything.But see all of you guys on here knowing you care knowing that you guys are trying/So thinking about my trys and all of yours it does make a difference.I know that we need a lot more help but we are helping but just doing these little things.
Like i recycle,i have some of those lite things(dont remember what there called), i try to unplug things when i dont use them.But all the stuff im doing isnt much at all.I think we should all try really try to do this.I know that i want all of my family after me to live here and know what i saw and what you saw so try to change just a little bit for every person after us.
Haley is excactly right. Everyone watches the news and they see that the ozone is dissolving and the tempetures are getting higher every year. No one cares. They say they do but they dont. I dont know about them but i think that i want to live so stop and save the world. Just think about it. When your dead and your great grandchildren or whatever family members added to your family, they will be burned litteraly by the sun. So, when your polluting your basically killing whoever your future family is. So please save the world.

Danell, I agree with you 100%! I hate what global warming is doing to the world. We only have one world and we have to take care of it. People and animals are dieing and it seems like nobody cares. In Europe, the heat wave in August 2003 was the hottest in 500 years. It killed close to 40,000 people. Some thing has to be done about this and it needs to be stopped now. My name's Mackenzie and I'm a 12 year old girl who cares about or enviorment so much and am getting lots of people to help me!
